Workshops and events
You are more than welcome to host any small or large events/competitions at your own booth during the festival. This is a great way to attract more visitors to your booth, allowing you to control the narrative and showcase your coffees exactly as you wish. It's the perfect opportunity to highlight your products and engage directly with coffee lovers.
Please fill in the details of any events you plan to host in the link above this text.
Workshop schedule link
You are also welcomed to use our communal Workshop Space. This is a space open for everyone to book at certain time slot during the festival. Here you can host tastings, talks or debates, smaller competitions, tournaments or showcase something different than at the booth – use it as you please, but let us know what will happen by booking a spot.
To be able to help advertise each event, we ask you to fill out the forms prior to the festival via the provided links. This way, your events will be showcased in the official SCA program shared digitally on all our platforms during the festival as well as via QR codes on roll-ups – you'll be able to share them with your group of followers too
The deadline for events to be displayed on the official schedule is December 1st.
You will need to have filled out both your events and workshops prior to that date.
Please note you aren't guaranteed a workshop spot until this is confirmed by DCF.

Volunteers
All the volunteers join because they love to help, not only because they love coffee, so please make sure they are being treated very well and please don´t hesitate to offer them a cup of coffee!
We would be thrilled if you could donate coffee or other items for our key volunteers. This could include relevant merchandise or 250g bags of any kind — it’s entirely up to you.
There are around 45-50 volunteers over the course of the weekend.
As a thank you for your generosity, for every donated bag, you will receive a discount on your booth, and your coffee will be shared with the volunteers who help make the festival a success.
Please deliver your bags upon registration at the front desk on thursday 29th of January.
Baristas wanting to volunteer should email Morten at morten@scadenmark.coffee.
The tasks will vary during the days, and baristas should be willing to help where needed.

Sustainability
Just as the rest of society works towards a better environment, so do we.
So, this year we again have ceramic cups for the visitors which means that you don´t need to bring any paper cups for serving your coffee. Don't bring cups, visitors will bring them to you.
We highly encourage you to think green and welcome any idea you might have to help us improve our sustainability.
Waste management
All used coffee grounds should be collected and left on your table end of day. Grums will pick it up. You are welcome to deliver it to them.
All other waste should be disposed at the containers (see map).
Water
BWT will deliver RO water from their Tap Station located in the middle of the Main Hall
BWT will be supplying all exhibitors with one canister of RO water by Friday 10am
Dishwater
We have little access to a dishwasher, so please do only ask if it's crucial.
Milk and non-dairy
Oatmilk and Milk will be available at "Milk pickup" to use at your stall.
Oatly are our non-diary partner and will be suppling Oat milk. Naturmælk is our Dairy partner and will be supplying milk. You can therefore use all the Oatly milk you want to - of course free of charge.
